I enjoyed last month with a TBR list and so I will continue the trend into April. Last months list was to me, a guideline which I followed strictly at the beginning of the months before branching out as books appeared with a deadlines and stuff, which you can see in my March Wrap-up blog.
I’ve set myself 5 books this month which I hope I’ll read without problems and an additional two that I really hope I have time for in the end. Fingers crossed
Again the link for each book title brings you to their GoodReads page where you can read the synopsis. Enjoy!
From My ARC Shelf
All my ARCs are provided with thanks by NetGalley and their publishers. Thank you!
To Kill A Kingdom by Alexandra Christo – This book sounds so truly wicked I can’t wait to read it!!
Queendom of the Seven Lakes by A B Endacott – I picked this ARC because it portrays interesting gender role questions. It’s about a Queendom where the throne always belongs to the firstborn daughter, but this time the queen gives birth to a son. Intrigued.
From My Physical Shelf
Akata Witch by NNedi Okorafor – I didn’t get the time last month, so this month I am reading it. It’s high priority!
Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi – I mean, do I really need to explain why this is on my shelves? I can’t believe I haven’t read it yet!
I Need To Finish Already!
Hunger by Knut Hamsun – I started this in March and it was on my March TBR. I managed to get halfway so this month I’m finishing it.
Hoping To Get To
Fire Study by Maria V Snyder – I read Magic Study last month and I’m hoping to get to the end of the trilogy before long. Fingers crossed 🙂
The Belles by Dhonielle Clayton – Yes I hoped to read this last month but didn’t happen, so its still on my list.
So that’s it guys! Let me know your thoughts in the comments. Have you read any of these before? What did you think? No spoilers, please!
Now you’ll excuse me but I have reading to do…
