I’m back on track!
Welcome to my WWW Wednesday meme post, originally hosted by Taking in a World of Words. All I need to do is answer the three questions below which all start with a W.
The three W’s are
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll be reading next?
What I’m currently reading?
Across The Void by S. K. Vaughn – a sci-fi thriller. I’m only 14% in and I’m already trying to figure out what has happened. May (the main character) wakes up completely dehydrated and clearly just recovered for a disease (or something) but she doesn’t remember anything. She can’t find her crew and the AI doesn’t have any memory about it either. While back on Earth, May’s husband and the scientist behind the space trip is struggling to find them. It’s very exiting!
It’s Not About The Burqa edt by Miriam Khan – An anthology by Muslim women about Islam, feminism, sexism , faith and race. It’s very interesting and funny and heartwarming. Finally we get to heard their side of the story and not from the men, or from the non-Muslim community. I’m currently 1/4 through and it’s really good!
Gutten (The Boy) by Jon Kalman Stefansson – Yup! Still going. No progress tho. It’s still good btw.
Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari – I returned it to the library due to the readathons happening. Still at 72%.

What I just finished?
Nocturna by Maya Motayne – My first book for the Fantasy JourneyAThon following ‘criminals’. I enjoyed this read but I had some issues with the text which annoyed me. Full review to come soon 🙂

What I’m reading next?
Well the Fantasy JourneyAThon is over on Sunday so I hope to manage most of Kingdom of Copper but I don’t think ill finish it.

until next time

Across the void looks interesting!
Enjoy your reading!
