I have hardly had time to read this week, and the progress has been minimal…
Welcome to my WWW Wednesday meme post, originally hosted by Taking in a World of Words. All I need to do is answer the three questions below which all start with a W.
The three W’s are
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll be reading next?
What I’m currently reading?
Rebel Hearts (Dust Lands #3) by Moira Young – current audiobook while I’m on the train to site for work. This is the last book in the series which means I will finish another series this year. Whop Whoop!
The Dragon Republic by R. F. Kuang – have made no progress sine last week. I’m still on 2%… I hope to read a lot more this weekend.
Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell – It’s a surprisingly easy and entertaining read. But it’s over 1000 pages so I hope to finish before Christmas… Progress so far: started on 2nd September, 4th Sep on 3% (iBook page 118/4503), 11th September on 5% (iBook page 243/4503), 18th September on 14% (iBook page 614/4503) – Well, hello Rhett…!. 25th September on 16% (iBook page 718/4503), 9th October on 27% (iBook page 1226/4503) – the long gazes #swoon, 16th October on 30% (iBook page 1350/4503).

What I just finished?
The Complete Maus by Art Spiegelman – I thought this was going to be a quick read due to the graphic novel format. It wasn’t. It’s not an easy read and I needed time to swallow the information I was given. But it was a really good and well told story. I loved the used of animal instead of human faces.

What I’m reading next?
No clue yet. I think I’ll finish the audiobook (Rebel Heats) first and will need to pick another. I have had two library holds come through early for audiobook, so I’ll pick one of them I think.
until next time

I hope you will love the dragon republic! I can’t wait to pick that one up!
