WWW Wednesday – 30th October ’19

It’s the end of the month already

Welcome to my WWW Wednesday meme post, originally hosted by Taking in a World of Words. All I need to do is answer the three questions below which all start with a W.

The three W’s are
  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll be reading next?

What I’m currently reading?

Magnus Chase: Ship of the Dead by Rick Riordan – I started listening to the last Magnus Chase book which is very entertaining, but then my headphones broke and I have made no progress. I now have new headphones and I hope to finish this over the weekend or before the 1st November. It might be a mad rush, but at least I can listen to it whenever now.

The Dragon Republic by R. F. Kuang – have made no progress again. I haven’t picked this book up since the first week of October. I need to put this on hold for November and pick it back up in December. I only managed 3% of the book so I might as well re-start it.

Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell – It’s a surprisingly easy and entertaining read. But it’s over 1000 pages so I hope to finish before Christmas… Progress so far: started on 2nd September, 4th Sep on 3% (iBook page 118/4503), 11th September on 5% (iBook page 243/4503), 18th September on 14% (iBook page 614/4503) – Well, hello Rhett…!. 25th September on 16% (iBook page 718/4503), 9th October on 27% (iBook page 1226/4503) – the long gazes #swoon, 16th October on 30% (iBook page 1350/4503), 23rd October 32% (iBook page 1476/4503) – Mistress!? how rude, 30th October – No progress – 32% (iBook page 1476/4503).

What I just finished?

Nothing…

What I’m reading next?

No clue yet. Probably an audiobook. And probably something no-fiction for November.

until next time
