WWW Wednesday – 23rd September 2020

A bit of a sprint for the end now…

Welcome to my WWW Wednesday meme post, originally hosted by Taking in a World of Words. All I need to do is answer the three questions below which all start with a W.

It’s currently Becca’s Bookoplathon and my TBR can be found here.

The three Wโ€™s are
  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think youโ€™ll be reading next?

Endsinger (Stormdancer #3) by Jay KristoffBookoplathon – It’s a 20 hour audiobook and I’ve just started so don’t haven’t many opinions, but I do like that the narrator is the same for all of these books.

These Rebel Waves (Steam Raiders #1) by Sara RaachBookoplathon – a steampunk type fantasy which is growing on me. I’m 2/3 through and enjoying it so far. It’s a fairly quick read which is fun.

The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas – Started this during TomeTopple in August. It’s 52 hours long and by the end of the readathon I had 38 hour left. No progress since last week so I’ve still got 28 hours left ๐Ÿ™‚

Neverwhere (London Below #1) by Neil GaimanBookoplathon – I enjoyed this book a lot! I loved how the different place names in London Above became a person in London Below and just the world setting of London Below. So original, but that’s to be expected from Neil Gaiman ๐Ÿ™‚

Help Me by Marianne Power – Marianne goes through a self-help boo a months to see if it works. Very entertaining and a little bit nuts.

September TBR and Becca’s Bookoplathon TBR are both coming to an end. I only have one book on each to finish. So my next read with either be Gods of Jade and Shadow or A Quiet Kind of Thunder. It’s the final sprint of September before October TBR kicks in…

until next time

    1. Honestly Iโ€™m looking forward to getting it off my TBR ๐Ÿ˜‚ itโ€™s been there for almost 6 months. But Iโ€™ve heard great things about it so Iโ€™m hopeful Iโ€™ll like it ๐Ÿ˜
