Bookoplathon happened…
Welcome to my WWW Wednesday meme post, originally hosted by Taking in a World of Words. All I need to do is answer the three questions below which all start with a W.
The three W’s are
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll be reading next?

Plain Bad Heronines by Emily M Danforth – TomeTopple – Only a few chapters in but so far it’s weird and creepy. There is somehting about boarding schools that makes things creepy. Death by bee stings are so realistic it adds to the creepyness.

A Room of One’s Own by Virginia Wolf – Bookoplathon – this was an interesting read about women in books from the view of a female back in 1929. It’s interesting to see the similarities between feminist back then and now but also the differences. Love it!
Miss Peregrin’s Home for Peculiar Children (#1) by Ransom Riggs – Bookoplathon – I flew through this as the final book for the readathon. I finished it 2 min to midnight – just in time!
The Princess Games by Soman Chainani – Bookoplathon – a short read for the prompt of fantasy. It’s filled with toxic masculinity and takes all the princes and princesses of Disney and places them in high school. Very enjoyable even though I read it at 4am 😂
Heartstopper volume 3 by Alice Oseman – Bookoplathon – this was the cutest thing I read all weekend!! 🥰 it was so heartwarming and this graphic novel series never fails at making me feel better and get me in a good mood.
The Unbroken (Magic of the Lost) by C. L. Clark – TomeTopple + Bookoplathon – Very enjoyable read. It didn’t blow me away but I’m definitely continuing with the series.
We Hut The Flame (Sands of Arawiya #1) by Hafsa Fazal – Bookoplathon – I finished the last 30% of this book during Bookoplathon for the PoC prompt but it also fits fantasy and first in a series prompts. Loved it though.

My March TBR is filled with ARCs and several Library boos but TomeTopple is in the way.
I have another two books on the TomeTopple TBR but I;m not sure I’ll make it. So I might shift focus and pick up somethign else that I need to read. Right now I have no idea what to read though.

until next time

Looks like you had a great bookoplathon!
