It’s been a busy week with QueerLit and garden and the heatwave. But reading I’ve done 😁
Welcome to my WWW Wednesday meme post, originally hosted by Taking in a World of Words. All I need to do is answer the three questions below which all start with a W.
The three W’s are
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll be reading next?
Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson – just started this but it seems to be all about how we can divide people into four groups when it comes to communication. Should be interesting.
The Wolf & The Woodsman by Ava Reid – I managed to get halfway before QueerLit and thats were I still am… it was on hold during QueerLit but I have yet to pick it up again.
Harrow the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir – I’ve been reading this all morning and I only have 30 pages left 😱 excuse me will I just binge the rest.
The Subtweet by Vivek Shraya – QueerLit Read – this was an interesting journey of Twitter popularity, being a brown woman in the spotlight and friendship. I really enjoyed it.
The Jasmine Throne (Burning Kingdoms #1) by Tasha Suri – QueerLit Read – didn’t finish this for the QueerLit but the day after. It was a fun adventure with strong female characters. I’ll definitely pick up book 2 when that comes out.
Mrs Death Misses Death by Selena Godden – this was different than what I normally read. It had some very important question and discussion about death my favourite thing was the dark humour. Not sure about the ending though.
My June TBR still has a few reads on it but I’m gonna focus on finishing what I’ve started. Maybe my next read will be one of the ones below?
until next time
